“My Sister’s Keeper” Summit & Legacy Awards Luncheon

The Delaware Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW, DE) is excited to present our “My Sister’s Keeper” Empowerment Summit & Legacy Awards Luncheon—a signature program to honor the contributions of sung and unsung S’heroes from multiple-generations who are strident advocates for the empowerment of African American women and girls in the State of Delaware.

You are invited to nominate a candidate(s) that is making a significant contribution in the area of social justice, education, health, and/or economic empowerment for women and girls. Nominees may have overcome significant obstacles and challenges to make noteworthy contributions. Self-nominations as well as nominations for an organization will be accepted.

Award Categories:

UnSung S’Hero – The Nominee does not have immediate name recognition but is making a noteworthy contribution behind the scenes to promote the empowerment of women and girls.

Generation Next – The Nominee is under the age of 25 but has already begun a life of service and made a noteworthy impact.

My Sister’s Keeper Legacy Award – The Nominee has dedicated two or more decades of self-less service to the economic empowerment of women and girls.
