National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. - Delaware Chapter programs are designed be transformative and address current issues, concerns, and needs that impact the lives of a target population within the Black community. Our local initiatives support and align with our national initiatives which are  designed and implemented in response to core priorities that affect the African American community: such as in education, health, economic empowerment and public policy.
